These finishes were created for wind energy fasteners requiring extremely high performance levels of stress corrosion protection. SermaGard SG-902 or SG-1105 are applied as basecoats followed by SermaGard SG-980 or SG-1756 providing +1000 to +5000 hours of salt spray performance.

F69A1A1: The aluminum, ceramic basecoat, SG-902, is dip/spin-applied with burnish followed by an organic topcoat, SG-980, and lubricant, SL-1127, in achieving +1000 hours salt spray.

F69A1A2: The aluminum, ceramic basecoat, SG-1105, is spray-applied with burnish followed by an organic topcoat, SG-1756, in achieving +5000 hours salt spray.

F69A1A3: The aluminum, ceramic basecoat, SG-902, is dip/spin-applied with burnish followed by an organic topcoat, SG-1756, in achieving +2000 hours salt spray.
